After studying psychology and computer science, Gerd has worked in the field of personnel and organizational development since 1987. His work experience in-cludes 6 years as leader of the management development department at a major German bank. He joined Trigon Munich as a partner in 2001 and holds additional qualifications in strategic management, organizational development and brief therapy (MRI, Palo Alto). Registered mediator.
