Behavioral simulation games in team processes
Behavioral simulations with a focus on team learning trace the psychological and social reality of the team members in a masked form. Participants interact in real terms, make decisions and are then confronted with the consequences as determined by the rules of the game. They experience collaborative situations in a slightly alienated yet, at the same time, realistic format. Behavioral responses - both helpful and unhelpful - come to the fore and can then be discussed. Solutions for in-depth team processes are worked out in a playful and stress-free manner.
