  3. We reinforce the ability of organizations to embrace change. Consequently, we work closely with internal consultancy and support systems already in place.
  4. We are mindful of maintaining consistency between the path and the goal.
  5. In our experience, self-reliance and entrepreneurial behavior can only be fostered if the persons concerned can experience the new values and attitudes for themselves as part of the process of change. 
  6. We design organizational development processes as rapidly as is feasible and as incisively as is necessary. Instant measures can make sense and have a significant impact if implemented precisely. However, modifying old cultural patterns and ingrained behavior requires more time and thoroughness.
  7. We combine process consultancy with expert advice, as and where applicable.
  8. We understand development and process consultancy as an open-ended approach whereby up-to-date knowledge can be incorporated into the relevant area by means of an (integrative) transformation process. 
  9. We assist with the implementation, because a key measure of the success in projects involving organizational development is the standard and the quality of their implementation.
  10. We make sure that the various steps of implementation are adhered to during the whole process.
