Organization development

Taking corporate cultures to the next stage

Every organization has its own culture - either explicit or implicit and not consciously perceived. It may be strong or weak, intrinsically consistent or self-contradictory. It may strengthen the organization, but it may also contain ideas, goals and values that are less useful when it comes to solving problems and addressing future requirements.

Cultural development means revealing the basic assumptions that determine the means of communication and decision making, the attitudes and the management style, etc. Cultural diagnosis is the basis for making the corporate culture fit for future challenges so that it offers employees orientation and moreover enables them to identify with the organization.

Typical areas for exploration are:

  • Diagnosis and development of corporate culture: basic orientations, values, hidden rules, etc.
  • Development of vision/mission statements
  • Measurement of stakeholder orientation
  • Raising awareness of the culture as practiced within the company, including the use of metaphorical and social-artistic methods
