Our portfolio of instruments has been continuously expanded on the basis of our many years of consulting experience and reflects the state of the art in this applied science. Based on well-established standards, we combine questions and procedures that are most appropriate for the specific requirements of the individual organization.
This is backed up by a high-performance IT infrastructure that is capable of handling international surveys of up to 200,000 respondents while maintaining the highest level of data security and anonymity. Our eight-person survey team handles around 100 projects each year. This highly professional team has accumulated many years of experience in project management, communication and technology.
The decisive factor in the success of any survey is the degree of competence with which the results are analyzed. The Trigon team will sit down with senior management and assist them in interpreting results and in the design and implementation of appropriate measures.
Evaluation workshops, large-scale group events, simulations based on results and "train-the-trainer" seminar days are just a small selection of the techniques we have developed for processing results.
