For the third
time, a SPAR Group wide employee survey was operated by Trigon. With more than
30,000 participants from five countries (Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and
Hungary), a response rate of almost 80 % was achieved. This was the largest
employee survey in the history of the group.
With multiple
survey versions on the following topics: content of work, teamwork, leadership,
positioning employer and personal development, a target group-specific
diagnostic tool was created. The results were 3,000 individual reports in five
different languages. With those reports at various levels of the organization,
developments and improvements are triggered.
Successful
survey projects are characterized by the fact that they are working openly and
solution oriented with the results. SPAR has implemented a follow-up procedure that
ensures that each organizational unit is dealing with the results.
