The book „Mut zur Konfliktlösung - Praxisfälle der
Organisationsmediation“, was published in January 2014 and is available
now in every bookstore. Experienced mediators describe their work based
on 19 different cases of organizational mediation by referring to the
conflict situation, process of mediation and reflection of their
approaches. The book may be of greatest interest for mediators and
leaders.
