How can sustainable, practical and systematically successful management skills be learnt? Over the past 10 years, Trigon has been successfully running seminars for managers from various sectors of the economy that are based on experiential learning with a considerable hands-on element while providing an important stimulus for personal development in the leadership role. Key factors contributing to the success of this approach are:
