The simulation of business/change processes and organizational dynamics.
In their roles as "managers" or "employees" of a fictitious company, the game participants take on roles, use their discretion and interpret, affirm or modify given structures. Fundamental processes of influence, creative design, motivation, leadership and structuring in social systems are experienced. Although ORGsimONE depicts a manufacturing company, the learning experiences are also relevant for other types of organizations. The game consists of several rounds in which the participants take turns acting out the different roles of "senior manager", "middle manager" or "employee" in a fictitious organization, using their discretion and interpreting, affirming or modifying given structures. Fundamental processes of influence, authority, motivation, leadership and structuring in social systems are experienced.
