Anyone who works with people is, by definition, the most important "instrument" at the disposal of their employer. Consequently, personality development that makes optimum use of resources and potential is a prerequisite both for managers and for consultants in terms of professionalism and holistic working. We see the individual as a being that develops by means of an interaction between mind, body and soul; in dialogue with his/her surroundings, he/she can define him/herself and increasingly reveal his/her inner resources and capabilities.
Our personality development services are based on principles formulated by Ken Wilber, by anthroposophy, by Milton Erickson and by other pioneers of resource orientation. We integrate content from systems theory, hypnotherapy, developmental psychology, conflict management, non-violent communication and various intuitive/socio-artistic processes (constellation work, pantomime, etc.).

Self-development (LMF): Where do I stand?
Developed over 30 years by Susanne Cook-Greuter and well validated in the meantime, "Leadership Maturity Framework" (LMF) occupies a prominent place amongst acknowledged models of development. It describes development as a continuous process of differentiation and integration in which the prime focus is on balancing opposites (polarities).
Using the sentence completion test, it is possible to derive a differentiated and qualified statement on the development phase from which the tested person predominantly gathers their experiences and structures their world. The profile shows the individual strengths and vulnerabilities, as well as the level at which the person operates comfortably, the areas of greatest challenge and the potential for inner growth and personal transformation.
The results of this evaluation are discussed during a two-hour consultation with an authorized coach.
Individual support: Career paths
This service is aimed at managers and consultants. By means of coaching,
they are supported in their career development. Case supervision and reflective spaces are offered in a group context as well as for individuals. We also integrate spiritual issues, working with both cognitive and intuitive access (meditation, trance work, social/artistic methods, constellation work). This is done primarily by focusing on the individual resources and from developmental perspectives.
