Within most organizations, there are numerous different conceptions of how and in which direction to evolve: Diverse assessments of developments in the external environment, various visions of the right course of action, as well as disagreement about how to proceed in the future or varying degrees of personal risk taking are common explanations.

One core mission of our work is to establish a base of trust and respect between the organization and key people. Thereby we consider the following aspects as specifically important:

Awareness
To raise awareness of the recent developments in the relevant environment (e.g. economy, society, ecology) as well as the situation within the organizations’ own area of responsibility.

Direction

To reach a joint vision of the organization’s future development and strategic alignment.
In cooperation with our clients we create an open space outside everyday work and develop future designs, concepts and a basis for decisions. Our consultants companion the processes and act as the managements’ sparring partners.

Alignment

To reach alignment among key people by way of a dialogical process in which all prospects can be addressed, personal appraisals and intuitions are welcomed and collaborative learning takes place.

Commitment

To make agreements mandatory and further implement those provisions. Experiences illustrate that humans keep their scope of action narrower than external conditions would allow. This means that there exists a broader scope of action than is actually used. Through our work, we support people extending their scope of action.
