Conflicts between individuals

Disputes between individual employees or managers can often be cleared up by means of mediative processes. The various stages of the mediation process make it possible – for example – to set aside hostility, to restore a working relationship between the warring parties and to find solutions for the matters in dispute. If the potential for disagreement within the organization is made part of conflict management, this can result in the generation of new ideas for improving procedures, rules and structures.
