The four fields of leadership
Trigon's four-field model provides managers with a clear insight into a leader's fields of influence. We support this development by working on the delta between the status quo and the desired future.
In each of the four fields, senior managers have to answer specific
questions on development. For example, under the heading "Myself", the
issues are: my powers of intuition, my set of values, my authenticity,
my commitment, my personal goals, how I deal with my own shadow, etc.
The four fields are derived from two pairs of polarities: the
organization and its environment; myself and others. They thus span the
full range of leadership responsibilities, i.e. task and relationship
perspective.
