The Trigon approach to coaching is an integrative model in which attention is paid to the internal value system, the relational situation and external circumstances in equal measure. Clients are partners. They are respected for who they are, and they make their own decisions. This "compact" is central to the coaching process and is crucial in providing a clear target and focus for the work to be done.
We build on the Trigon concepts of a five-phase coaching process and of the eight core competencies of a coach. We have a rich repertoire of methods at our disposal and set great store by establishing clear roles. We respect the Trigon code of ethics for coaches and have been awarded nationally recognized certification.
